Attorney Steve Romines, who represents Taylor's boyfriend in a lawsuit against Metro Louisville, Kentucky state government and city police, said in an interview Thursday night that Taylor’s home looked like a "war zone."
During a news conference at the Galt House, Kevin Glogower said the public has a right to know exactly what was presented in the case.
