A $50,000 grant will go towards the town to purchasing trolley vehicles for the town. This will provide free transportation around the community, including routes between hotels and businesses for residents and visitors.Â
The proposed changes would create a new Riverfront District city leaders said is "designed to enhance housing, hospitality and recreational opportunities" in the historic city.
