The Kentucky Senate passed a top-priority bill Saturday to shift key school governance decisions to superintendents and away from school-based decision-making councils.
Gov. Andy Beshear signed a bill Friday that gives Kentucky schools 10 more days of remote learning to be used this school year.
Calling the maps "unconstitutional" and "partisan," the Kentucky Democratic Party said in a news release Thursday that they amount to gerrymandering.
