Transit Authority of River City Executive Director Ferdinand Risco said the agency is taking steps to assure that riders have a backup from now on.
While TARC says it's fully cooperating with the investigation, the former FBI agent conducting it says otherwise.
Among other things, the lawsuit claims Ferdinand Risco, Jr. referred to his "boom boom" room where he wanted to have sex with female employees.
