Louisville Metro Police said its Summer Task Force officers were on scene all night and were already present when both shootings occurred.
Police said the suspect is believed to be a short man, approximately 5 feet, 1 inches tall to 5 feet, 4 inches tall, and that he could be armed and dangerous.
