Election reform passed through the Kentucky legislature this spring, and some of the changes can be seen in this month's primaries.
Kentucky voters are encouraged to call a 24-hour hotline at 1-800-328-VOTE (8683) if they notice suspected election law violations.Â
Adams said in non-presidential elections there's typically lower turnout, but stressed the importance of local elections.
