High-tech farming pioneer AppHarvest needs more cash by October and is battling a Listeria problem at its Berea, Ky. greenhouse, according to a regulatory filing.Ā
Lender Equilibrium Capital visited the greenhouse in April and came away with āsignificant concerns regarding the state of the facility,ā according to a document filed in Madison County Circuit Court.
