According to LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell, the call came in around 6:22 a.m. of a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle on the Second Street bridge.
All three pedestrian fatalities took place in less than 12 hours. One happened in a neighborhood. One on a bridge, the other on an interstate.
