MSD announced that the concrete lining inside the waterway protection tunnel is now complete. The tunnel will become operational this summer.
The Waterway Protection Tunnel stretches four miles from the intersection of North 12th and Rowan streets to the intersection of Grinstead Drive and Lexington Road.
