LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man is dead and a woman was injured after a motorcycle crash on Smyrna Parkway Friday evening.
Dwight Mitchell, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to a crash involving a motorcycle on Smyrna Parkway at Theiler Lane around 10:30 p.m.
Police said the motorcycle and another vehicle crashed at the intersection. The motorcyclist was taken to UofL Hospital where he died from his injuries.
The female driver of the vehicle was taken to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
LMPD's Traffic Unit is investigating.
