LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It's been 14 years since a plane crashed in Lexington, Kentucky, killing 49 people.
The Comair flight 5191 crashed during takeoff on Aug. 27, 2006. It was headed to Atlanta.
Only the first officer of the flight crew survived.
A federal investigation revealed the plane taxied onto a runway that was too short.
