LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two people were killed in a crash Tuesday afternoon in southeast Jefferson County.
Louisville Metro Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell said officers responded around 12:30 p.m. to the 5800 block of Taylorsville Lake Road — near the Jefferson-Spencer county line — to the report of a crash.
The initial investigation found that two cars collided head-on when one crossed the center line. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Mitchell said the LMPD Traffic Unit is handling the investigation.
