LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Jefferson County Coroner's office has identified the body of a man found dead at 30th and Chestnut Thursday morning as Brandon Bryant.
Bryant's body was discovered around 8:30 a.m. Thursday morning in the Shawnee neighborhood. The 27-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene. However, the cause of death is still pending.
Louisville Metro Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell was tight-lipped about the manner of the man's death, except to say that he likely died "from some kind of blunt force trauma."
