LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - All lanes on part of I-71 southbound have reopened.
TRIMARC says all lanes were closed in an area between Brownsboro Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway at around 1:30 a.m. due to police activity.
It estimates the interstate will be shut down for one hour.
