LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Longtime Courier Journal reporter Andy Wolfson died at the age of 70.

Wolfson worked at the CJ and the Louisville Times for 44 years, a pilar in local journalism.

He won two Pulitzer Prizes: one for his reporting on the deadly Carroll County bus crash in 1989 and another for his coverage of controversial pardons issued by former Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin.

Wolfson retired in 2024.
