LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Former "Brady Bunch" star Eve Plumb made a big real estate deal by selling the house she bought at the height of her tv fame. 

The Los Angeles Times reports that Plumb sold her Malibu beach home for $3.9 million last week after purchasing the house in 1969 for $55,300. 

Plumb, who played the middle daughter on the show Jan, bought the Escondido beach house at just 11-years-old. The 1950s style cottage went on the market earlier this year and Meis Architects - designers of the Staples Center - reportedly already have plans for redesigning it.

The LA Times reports that the renovation will triple the size of the home and add a retractable moon-roof and floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

The 57-year-old actress starred in the sitcom for five seasons from 1969 to 1974.
