The park, located off the Ohio River Scenic Byway in Charlestown, is turning 25 years old on Saturday.
The party starts with free admission from 9 a.m. until noon, followed by a ribbon cutting for the park's new nature nook. Naturalists are also leading a tour of Rose Island, the former amusement park on the property.
The birthday celebration will also include a scavenger hunt and a presentation about the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant.
