LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was shot and killed while another was taken to the hospital after a shooting in the Russell neighborhood Sunday night, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said police responded to shooting in the 400 block of S. 26th Street at the parking lot of Club Cedar. When police arrived on scene, they found two men who had been shot.
One man, who hasn't been identified, died at the scene. Mitchell said the second man was taken to University of Louisville Hospital with a gunshot would to the leg.
There aren't any suspects in the shooting.
