LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police are searching for a 38-year-old inmate who escaped in Madison County on Monday.
KSP said Tyler O. Branstetter walked away from the Bluegrass Career and Development Center around 2:30 p.m. The Glasgow, Ky. native is 5'10", 165 pounds with strawberry blond hair and blue eyes.
Branstetter was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark basketball shorts and white tennis shoes. He also has several tattoos on his face, neck and arms, according to police.
KSP said Branstetter was serving a sentence for enhanced trafficking and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
