Man shot to death in Pleasure Ridge Park, Louisville police say

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was shot to death Saturday night in Pleasure Ridge Park. LMPD has a suspect in custody.

Officer Adam Sears, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded at 9:39 p.m. to the 6200 block of Ree Court after a reported shooting.

Police said a man was shot and killed at the scene.

In an update Sunday morning, LMPD said 22-year-old Micah Lackey was arrested in connection to the shooting.

He is charged with murder, driving under the influence, reckless driving, leaving the scene of accident without rendering aid.

LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating.
