LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A suspect in connection to a homicide in Missouri was arrested in Louisville.
According to Iron County Coroner Tim Harbison, the Mineral Area Major Case Squad was investigating a homicide in Iron County, Missouri.
The Iron County Sheriff's Office found a 65-year-old man dead on Thursday evening inside a home.
Authorities said Friday they were looking for a stolen pickup truck as a "vehicle of interest."
David Wayne Sharp, 58, from Middlebrook, Missouri was arrested late Friday night at a Louisville motel and is facing murder, armed criminal action and vehicle theft charges.
The victim was identified as Sharp's brother, Derl Sharp.
Sharp was booked into Metro Corrections shortly after 4 a.m. Saturday. The arrest was made with assistance from Kentucky State Police and Louisville Metro Police.
