LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Lincoln County, Kentucky, man was arrested after police say he told officers he asked his 12-year-old "girlfriend" to send him nude videos of herself.
According to an arrest report, 20-year-old Avery Green, of Stanford, Kentucky, was arrested Wednesday night.
Police say Green used Facebook Messenger to ask the 12-year-old to send the nude videos. He allegedly admitted to it, and told officers that the 12-year-old, "was his girlfriend at the time."
Green was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance and engaging in the prohibited use of an electronic communications system to procure a minor or peace officer for sexual offenses.
He is currently being held in the Lincoln County Detention Center.
