LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The family of a missing IU student has lost another legal battle.
Lauren Spierer's parents just lost an appeal to their lawsuit against the two men who were with her the night she vanished.
The suit was thrown out last year when a federal judge ruled that her parents didn't show evidence that the two men had anything to do with her disappearance.
Spierer was last seen in June 2011 after a night of drinking with friends.
