LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A firefighter was taken to the hospital after battling a fire in Louisville's Taylor Berry neighborhood Sunday morning.

Louisville Fire said crews responded to the 2700 block of Taylor Boulevard at 5:15 a.m. on a two-story house with smoke and exposure homes on each side.

It took 25 firefighters 20 minutes to bring the fire under control. A person inside the home was able to self-evacuate and was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.

A firefighter was also taken to the hospital for minor burn injuries and has been released.

Louisville Fire said the cause was determined to be accidental.
