LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A global media production company is bringing its operations to the River City.
On Friday, Atlantic America announced it will base its US offices in Louisville.
The company produces unscripted and scripted content including films, documentaries, and internet shows all over the world.
The first footprint in Louisville is a new food series called "Making Cooking Fun Again." The show is already casting.
CEO Lynn Scheid said Atlantic will make a $150 million investment in Kentucky that includes building a sound stage for filming and hiring and training a local crew.
