LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The lawsuit filed by a missing Indiana University student's parents is on hold.  A judge is deciding whether or not to dismiss the suit filed by Lauren Spierer's parents.

Lawyers for Corey Rossman, Michael Beth, and Jason Rosenbaum maintain the Spierers have no evidence their daughter is dead or that the men were involved.

The lawsuit claims the fellow IU students gave 20-year-old Spierer alcohol, then failed to make sure she made it back to her Bloomington apartment safely after a night of partying in June 2011.
