Louisville police say missing 50-year-old man has been found safe

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An "Operation Return Home" alert was issued for a 50-year-old man who was last seen Thursday morning. 

Todd Modglin's last known location was in the 1000 block of Shadow Ridge Lane. Police said Modglin has "expressly communicated the desire to harm himself." 

Police said Modglin could be driving a silver 2022 Kia Soul with Kentucky license plate C6J-994.
