LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Credit and debit card information could have been stolen from a Louisville Jimmy John's store.

Sandwich chain Jimmy John's is the latest company to report a data breach involving debit and credit cards. The data was compromised between June and September at more than 200 stores across the country.

But only one of those is in the Louisville area -- the store on Brownsboro Road near the Holiday Manor shopping center.

Jimmy John's is advising its customers to report any suspicious transactions to their banks, and is also offering a free identity theft prevention program.
