LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Finding mental health care can be a challenge for many Kentuckians, but a new Louisville center is hoping to make that process easier.
OneQuest Health opened this week on Eastern Parkway and is currently accepting patients with no wait-list.
The center provides several options for care, including individual, couples and family therapy, as well as intensive programming and telehealth services.
The opening comes as communities across Kentucky continue to face gaps in access to mental health resources. About 3.4 million Kentuckians live in areas federally designated as mental health shortage areas.
OneQuest Health said the goal is to provide another option for people seeking support and help meet the growing demand for mental health services.
The center is now open and accepting new patients.
