LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A little piece of Britain is coming to the heart of Louisville.  The British government will open its first-ever pop up consulate in a downtown Louisville office building in two weeks.

The temporary office will highlight what makes Britain a great place to visit and do business, and will host meetings for Kentucky's business, education, law enforcement, and non-profit leaders.

In 2011, Kentucky exported more than $1.5 billion in goods to the United Kingdom, making Britain Kentucky's second largest international customer, behind Canada.
