LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man is dead after being hit by a train Wednesday afternoon.
Shepherdsville Police Chief Steve Schmidt confirmed the man died after being struck at a railroad crossing, where he was walking. Highway 44 and Adam Shepherd Parkway are blocked while the investigation continues.
First responders are on the scene.
