LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A third woman has filed a lawsuit against an LMPD officer accusing him of rape.
The unidentified woman says Officer Pablo Cano sexually abused her several times in June, both in and out of uniform. The plaintiff said she believes Cano may also have been on duty at the time.
The lawsuit accuses the officer of using his authority as an employee of LMPD to commit the crime. It also names the department and the city of Louisville as defendants, saying both failed to properly supervise Cano.
Another woman said Cano raped her at a concert in December, and a third claims she was raped last June.
