LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The University of Louisville is leasing a Portland warehouse for the Master of Fine Arts program studios.
The U of L Foundation plans to renovate the first and second floor of the building on Rowan Street.
The renovation is expected to be complete by the spring 2017 semester.
School officials say the move increases U of L's presence in West Louisville and infuses art into the community.
