Building inspector says NuLu apartment complex gutted by fire will be demolished

The 310 @ Nulu apartments were cordoned off with red tape Tuesday, and no one is allowed to go inside. The complex, located at 310 S. Hancock Street in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood, burned for several hours after a fire broke out around 6 o'clock Monday morning.
