Shepherdsville development on hold due to proximity to elementary school

Developers have been asked to hold off on building a Texas Roadhouse, Chic-fil-a, Bubba 33's and Wawa because of their proximity to Roby Elementary School, off of Highway 44.

Plans are on hold for now for four new businesses that would be located off Interstate 65 in Shepherdsville because of concerns that they would be too close to an elementary school and cause traffic congestion.
