Healthier Toast points with Dilled Cream Cheese, smoked Salmon and Caviar

Ingredients

8 OZ Fat Free Cream Cheese

3 TS Dried Dill

Splash Fresh Lemon Juice

3 OZ Smoked Salmon

Good Quality Pumpernickel Bread

Salt and Pepper

Optional:

~Fresh Dill

~Caviar

~Capers

10 slices Good Quality Pumpernickel Bread.  Crust removed and cut into fourths.  Toast until crisp

Dilled Cream Cheese

1 (8 ounce) package Fat Free cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons chopped Dried dill

Splash fresh Lemon Juice

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Blend the above in food processor

Pipe the cream cheese onto Pumpernickel Toast Points Top with thin slices of Smoked Salmon Fresh Dill and Caviar and Capers to taste
