LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman was killed late Wednesday after a shooting in downtown Louisville, just outside NuLu.
The shooting was reported a little after 10:30 p.m. in the 400 block of East Market Street, LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis said in a statement. That's near North Preston and South Jackson streets and the Interstate 65 overpass.
Video from WDRB's crew at the scene shows police and crime scene tape around the parking lot of the McDonald's on East Market Street.
An LMPD spokesperson confirmed the woman died at the scene.
Her name has not been released.
