LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The YMCA has set up an Employee Assistance Fund as workers have lost their jobs with closures because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Y is asking for donations to the fund to help employees with basic needs. The money will help with housing, food, medical care and transportation.
Impacted employees can apply for this assistance.
The Y said recipients will be selected based on need.
