While searching his home, investigators found 40 human skulls, spinal cords, femurs and hip bones. The skulls were decorated and around furniture in the apartment. One of the skulls had a head scarf around it, while another was on Nott's bed.
Oldham Circuit Court Judge Jerry Crosby ruled Thursday that based on the evidence, Kenneth Gregory is "a danger to others if released" and the current bond is not excessive.
A prosecutor said he “absolutely” disagrees with lowering the bond in this “very significant and disturbing case.”
On Thursday, an attorney for Kenneth Gregory will ask a judge to lower his $100,000 bond, arguing he has no criminal history and the bond is “excessive to ensure his appearance at court and the continued safety of the public.”
The next day, the school resource officer testified, he saw 18-year-old student Shunka Campbell at about noon standing across the street from the school with a loaded handgun in his pocket and 50 rounds of ammo
