Documents obtained by WDRB News reveal a previously unknown Pennsylvania company tied to the mess of concrete sludge in Blue Lick Creek.

A public meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Hillview Community Center, hosted by the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection, Division of Waste Management and Division of Water.

The waste originated from a Louisville road project conducted by Bluegrass Contracting, a state contractor.

It's biggest deal is for four miles of concrete repairs on Poplar Level Road in Louisville, the same project in which Bluegrass Contracting now faces environmental violations and serious fines from regulators.
