The man who was arrested and evicted from his Shepherdsville home, leaving more than 100 animals behind, is speaking out about what landed him behind bars and why he had so many animals. 

The tenant was arrested on July 17 for drug possession and firearms charges. Most neighbors declined to talk on-camera out of fear.
