Extensive damage was left behind after the camp went up in flames last month.

The owner and director of Camp Hi-Ho in Simpsonville, Kentucky, is thanking members of the public for their expressions of support after the camp lost a barn in a fire late last month.

No people or animals were hurt in the fire, the camp said on its Facebook page Saturday.

Camp Hi-Ho has served thousands of local kids over the years. Now they're giving children from all over the world a chance to experience the time-honored tradition of summer camp.
