By the end of October, the organization expects to help around 100 people settle in the Derby City from places like the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Iraq and Central and South America.
Whether it’s been professional talent acquisition, refugee resettlement or secondary migration, Louisville’s economy and culture has been bolstered by immigrants, increasingly more in the past decade.
