Members on an advisory panel for a 'community benefits agreement' accuse Metro government of quiet and last-minute moves to remove them from negotiations

A Metro Council committee gave no recommendation Tuesday to a tax increment financing district sought for a $249 million development in Paristown Pointe  

The Metro Council plans to take up the tax increment financing request even as a required agreement with neighbors remains incomplete. 

The Paristown Preservation Trust and neighborhood leaders have yet to agree on a deal providing concessions to those living near the planned $167 million redevelopment in Paristown Pointe.
