Clayton Button went into the home and had a verbal altercation with the person who lived there. That led to a physical altercation, which ended with Button being tied up.

 A 40-year-old man was arrested Sunday in connection to a fatal shooting in Louisville's Algonquin neighborhood on Sept. 2024.

E'Monta Goss was charged with second-degree manslaughter and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon in connection with the Nov. 21 death of his daughter, Aubree Goss. 

The man accused of killing a Scott County, Kentucky, deputy is set to go on trial early next year in Shelby County.
