Dennis Kunkel, the former police chief in Georgetown, Indiana, has been charged with felony official misconduct after a seven-month investigation by Indiana State Police.

Former Georgetown Police Department Sgt. Charlie Morgan alleges that town officials harmed his reputation when they said police were investigating him for alleged misconduct. Police later cleared him of wrongdoing.

A Thursday night meeting gave some answers but left plenty of questions about what's going on at the southern Indiana police department.
