Holloway was convicted of an amended charge of disorderly conduct but was given diversion, meaning if he stays out of trouble and follows certain conditions until June 4, that charge will also be dismissed and expunged, or erased, from his record.
Holloway allegedly attacked the victim when she tried to stop him from smoking marijuana at about 9 p.m. Sunday night, according to a police report.
Andrew "Drew" Deener, 49, will avoid jail and be on diversion for nine months, with the stipulations that he remain out of trouble and have no contact with the victim. Deener must also undergo alcohol counseling.
