Louisville has invested nearly $7 million to buy a few buildings just off of South Floyd and East Breckinridge streets to create the campus, but money from private donors is still needed. 

The Coalition for the Homeless plans to ask Metro Government for millions of dollars from the 2024 budget to go toward affordable housing development.
