More than a dozen suspects in Louisville have been indicted in the drug trafficking ring. 

The DEA's mission is to defeat two cartels that it says are flooding our country with fentanyl, which in turn floods our city.

A federal grand jury handed down the indictments in early March. 

Cynthia Fields, 55, has been identified as the woman who sold pills to George Sparks in Feb. 2022. He later died as a result.
