Kentucky is changing how it sets hunting and fishing license prices, with a 6% increase expected later this month.

The heavy snowfall three weeks ago didn’t just make things difficult for drivers, but also had a big impact on wildlife, including deer searching for food.

Kentucky's first documented case of the disease was found in a white-tailed deer in Ballard County, near Paducah, in December.
